Our own facilities in Kamianka-Buzka cover timber sawing, drying, heat treatment, component manufacturing and automated assembly. This lets us control quality, volumes and delivery deadlines at every key stage of production.
Production cycle
A full cycle at our own facilities in Kamianka-Buzka — from sawing timber to a ready-to-use packaging unit. That means consistent quality, precise geometry and predictable production and delivery lead times.
Timber sawing
Our own waste-free A. Costa Righi sawing line. Raw material — natural timber from responsible, traceable sources.
Drying and heat treatment
STELA Laxhuber drying complex and a 3 MW POLYTECHNIK boiler house. Heat treatment to ISPM 15 (HT).
Pallet assembly
Automated European-made automated lines — up to 8,000 pallets and collars per day with precise geometry and accurate fastener placement.
Control and marking
Inspection at every stage, EPAL, UIC/EUR and IPPC marking, documentation for export and for use in the food and other industries.
